• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the JeJot.com's services.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Jejot.com's service.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.

JeJot.com will not be responsible or liable for any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of JeJot.com's services, or any Content. You also agree that JeJot.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any content and other communications maintained by JeJot.com. We make no warranty that JeJot.com's services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. JeJot.com Rights

• JeJot.com reserves the right to remove any image, content and link for any reason whatsoever. All contents, except shortened link, owned by unregistered users will be deleted in 90 days from it's last access date.
• JeJot.com reserves the right to ban, to delete or to modify any individual poster, uploader, mailer or website domain from using our services for any reason.
• JeJot.com reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property or safety of JeJot.com, its users and the public.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
